Andy Shulick, PE, PMP - During his 27 years in industry, Andy has held management positions in Engineering and provided leadership support to Philip Morris in technical, management, Information Services, and project management positions. This included domestic and international assignments. This experience was in areas of new machinery design, construction, and installation; IP telephone and data infrastructure; mainframe upgrades and relocation; acquisition of a leased facility and personnel relocation and design of a new $43 million facility. .Andy received a BS in Electrical Design Engineering Technology and a Certification in Air Pollution Technology from Penn State University, a MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional. Andy is an active member in the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and assist with the annual membership/ activity drive. He also serves on the Virginia Commonwealth University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Industrial Advisory Board and serves on the Industrial Advisory Committee and Student Concern Sub-committee for Virginia State University. He has been an instructor for Boston University’s Corporate Education Center in the field of Project Management. He is also Vice President of Membership for the Project Management Institute Central Virginia Chapter and instructor for PMP review course and is the Chairman for the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Richmond VA Section.
