Research firms providing comprehensive data and information available on a rapid turnaround basis
Comprehensive computerized database providing allied target analysis based on industry, geography, and product or market parameters
A detailed reference library maintaining the latest reference guides, periodicals, and industry specific newspapers, journals, and magazines providing new developments in the placement industry
Fee Structure
Basic Fee -- Fees are quoted in advance. The fee is normally 30% of the successful candidate's first year salary. Depending on the level and complexity of the assignment, guaranteed incentives, sign-on bonuses and other payments may also be considered in the calculation.
Progress Payments -- One third of the fee is payable upon the start of the assignment, one-third payable at thirty days, and the balance due upon the offer to and acceptance of the position on the part of the candidate.
Expenses -- Travel expenses associated with the interview of prospective candidates are reimbursable. There is no charge for out-of-pocket expenses.
Guarantees
Renaissance Executive Search or affiliates will not approach any individual within the client, including subsidiaries for a period of two years following the last assignment.
If during the first year the candidate leaves your company Renaissance Resources will resume the search on an expense only basis.
We guarantee the successful completion of each assignment. We will present at least 3 qualified candidates for each assignment or we will refund the retainer, less research expenses.
